Membership Agreement
By registering as a user of game-journal.com, the user (hereafter referred to as "you") are thereby agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of membership of game-journal.com which are outlined in this License Agreement. TERMS OF AGREEMENT: (1) You will not post offensive content on game-journal.com. Offensive content is defined as inappropriate language (i.e. swear words, racial and sexist slurs, or anything else that a party may deem offensive), threats, and pornography. Posting content of this nature will result in the suspension of your account with game-journal.com. (2) You will not post links to pornographic websites or to any other site that threatens the security of another user's or visitor's computer. This includes phishing sites, trojan files, spam, or any other website or file which compromises other users and visitors. (3) You will not use the comments tab or user and game-journal.com staff email addresses to promote, advertise, or spam. (4) You will not steal intellectual property (game-journal.com posts, user comments, or any other material that you, the user, does not legally own and does not fall under the terms of United States Fair Use laws) or use aforementioned intellectual property for your own benefit. (5) You will not falsify personal information, including, but not limited to, email accounts and other contact information. The failure to comply to any and all of these terms will result in the termination of your, the user's, game-journal.com account. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you are agreeing to allow the Administrators of game-journal.com to terminate your account for any perceived violation of this Membership Agreement. By agreeing to the Terms of Membership, you are acknowledging that you are aware that the Administrators of game-journal.com will not share any personal or private information, such as email addresses, telephone and cellphone numbers, or any other contact information with other parties. Any and all information you provide in registering for game-journal.com will only be used to qualify you as a legitimate candidate for game-journal.com membership and that you are, in fact, a physical entity and not a "bot" or other web-crawling program.
