Konami Reveals “Silent Hill 8″

The details were very thin, but at their press conference this afternoon Konami admitted the existence of Silent Hill 8 (Working Title). What we know thus far about the game is that you will play as Murphy Pendleton, an escaped prisoner who has unwittingly stumbled upon the town. After being announced at last year's E3, there wasn't been a whole lot of information about the upcoming, online-only Final Fantasy XIV. Coming in the wake of a critically disappointing outing with Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix looks to wow its fans with a bit of the familiar in this latest trailer debuting at E3. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Trailer (360, PS3)

Take a look at the new E3 trailer for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The game is being developed by Konami and Kojima Productions and is due out Fall 2010. If for nothing else, it's worth watching just to listen to Patrick Stewart talk. He could add weight and class to anything, even ordering fast food.
