0 CommentsPosted by Brandon Galm on February 17, 2010 under Previews
I quite literally just finished playing through the two "chapters" of the Heavy Rain demo which is now available for download on the Playstation Network. All I can say is, "Wow." This game is truly unlike anything I have ever played before. My only gripe is that they should have switched the order that you play through the two chapters because the first one is amazing and thrilling, and the ... more. -

There have been innumerable previews written on the game already, so I won't toss any more toothpicks into the wood pile. However, I will add gasoline to the fire by relaying the new "Gadgets Trailer" fro... more.

MidEvil has been out for quite a few years now, but Origins 2009 was my first exposure to it. I did not actually play the game, but I have played Zombies!!! and, from what I saw in the demo, that is quite enough experience to know that MidEvil is not much different, for better or for worse. Players lay down tiles at the beginning of their turns, then roll a six-sider to determine movement.... more.

It has only been a year since Left 4 Dead hit stores, but Valve and EA are ready to show off Left 4 Dead 2 to the public. Below you can find a couple demonstrations of the new game's zombie scenarios. It looks like more of the same from the first game, but that is very much a good thing. ... more.

The Last Guardian Preview

First off, if you have never played Ico or Shadow of the Colossus, stop reading this right now and play those games. If you have played those games, then what we are about to show you needs no introduction. The Last Guardian is the third game in Fumito Ueda's trilogy of games that only vaguely can be called sequels but are all certainly in the same vein: beautiful, touching, and damn fun to pl... more.
