Great news, readers and fans. I received my acceptance to IUP for the fall. This means I'll get to be on some podcasts. Finally. I know you want it. You know you want it. I feel like these next couple months are going to be crazy though, trying to get ready and everything. But I'm on vacation right now, so I'm quite whatevs about most things. I'm just glad I'm finally getting out of my job... more.

For those of you (hopefully all of you) that have been reading my serial fiction (which I promise is continuing soon, as soon as track season wraps up), here is a very spooky link sent to me by my very beautiful girlfriend. Go and check it out. Sorry this is so short, but my food's almost finished cooking and I have to psych myself up for the Smallville finale tonight. Please make it good...... more.

I just checked my email and got a message from Barnes and Noble. It appears that Dan Brown is finally set to release the follow up to The Da Vinci Code. All I want to know is--does anyone really care anymore? It's been six years since the release of the last book (which I have never, nor do I have any desire to, read). Things I’m Sick Of

Here are three "genres" that I really wish would just go away. Jane Austen-- I ha... more.

Some of you, ok most of you, don't know, but I coach high school pole vault. One of my vaulters has a "bag o' facts" that she uses to enlighten us every once in a while. I promised them I'd start posting them on my blog for your enjoyment as well. Here's a couple she's given us so far: It is illegal to sell Corn Flakes on Sundays in Columbus. Polar Bears have black skin and clear fur... more.

Tonight I am bored after watching a pretty amazing Smallville (finally!). Clark leaped a tall building in a single bound. I giggled. Like a girl. My blog has no more to do with Smallville tonight. Instead it has to do with that which has become a national past time: Googling. So upon my boredom I typed a random number (1,738,542) followed by the first word that popped... more.

Brandon’s Editor Blog

This is my first blog. Ever. I've been racking my brain trying to think of something inspiring and original and witty. You know something about meat or poop. I'm still not quite rolling with that caliber so I thought I'd start out with some sort of an Ode to Geekdom. A list of Odes to Geekdom to be precise. See I was listening to the new Stephen Lynch CD, and that got me thinking about... more.
